The home’s design is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and sensitivity to its environment. Clad entirely in locally sourced Scottish timber, the building blends seamlessly into its surroundings while celebrating the natural materials of the region.

Project Bonnie

Nestled on the edge of a tranquil loch within a protected Scottish National Park, Project Bonnie is a private five-bedroom home designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Split across three levels, the property takes full advantage of its scenic location with a material palette inspired by the landscape.

From the outset, our focus has been on delivering a high-performance, low-impact home that balances modern comfort with timeless design while navigating the challenges that building in a remote area of a national park presents.
