Welcome to
Project Bluebell

Set against the dramatic backdrop of a Scottish national park, Project Bluebell is a striking example of contemporary architecture harmonising with the natural landscape. This single-storey dwelling enjoys views of surrounding mountains and a nearby loch, offering a tranquil and immersive living experience.

The home’s design is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and sensitivity to its environment. Clad entirely in locally sourced Scottish timber, the building blends seamlessly into its surroundings while celebrating the natural materials of the region. A sedum roof crowns the structure, enhancing biodiversity, aiding insulation, and helping the home disappear into the hillside when viewed from above.

A Striking Example of contemporary Architecture

Constructed on a custom-engineered steel frame, the structure is elevated above the landscape to create the visual impression of floating—minimising ground disturbance and allowing the terrain to remain largely untouched. Floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout maximises the panoramic views and brings the outside in.
