Located in the scenic foothills of the Campsie Fells, Project Campsie is a contemporary five-bedroom home designed to meet Passive House standards — delivering excellent energy performance, year-round comfort, and reduced environmental impact.
The building’s layout centres around a full-height atrium, drawing natural light into the heart of the home and creating a sense of openness across the living spaces. Clean lines and modern finishes define the interior, with thoughtful material choices balancing simplicity, durability, and performance. In addition to the main house, the project includes a triplegarage with accommodation above, expanding the functionality of the property.

JPM has been providing project management services on behalf of GMACK Construction & Developments, the main contractor. It’s been a positive and collaborative process, with JPM leading the construction phase and maintaining a high standard of delivery throughout.

The project has also benefited from the contributions of a skilled group of specialist contractors, including Scandia-Hus, who supplied and erected the timber kit, Top Roofing, who completed the roofing works, and Claymore Kits, who supplied and erected the separate garage structure.

As the build nears completion, Project Campsie is shaping up to be a thoughtfully executed, energy-efficient home that reflects a shared commitment to sustainability, technical precision, and quality craftsmanship.
